Kill two birds with one stone: Re-use plastic bags to do your 'dirty' work

    by Megan Temple | KSTW.com

I love the dialogue the green movement has created.   It's a tremendous conversation starter, and a great way for people to bond and share ideas on how they are making their corner of the world green.  In one such conversation, Paul (one of KSTW's awesome sales assistants) shared with me a great idea that he is using.  Paul has a solution to re-use plastic bags – take them to your local dog park.  Most dog parks have an area where bags can be left for others to use for their pooch's waste.

Hopefully you will be taking bags that you have left over from before you got your green shopping bags (you HAVE gotten green shopping bags, right?)  But, by repurposing your bags, you're not only doing your part to reuse, you're keeping our parks clear of doggie land mines!

        Great idea Paul!
