Gossip Blog: 'There Might Be Blood'
(The CW) NEW YORK - NEW YORK - Every week, New York City Socialistas, Kelly Will and Gregory Littley, will recap the latest 'Gossip Girl' episode, and give the insiders' view into what it's really like to be fashionable and fabulous in the city that never sleeps.

Serena isn't sold on artist Aaron's affections (we say LAME), Jenny Humphrey is up to no good, Blair fumbles for a chance at Yale, Dan and Nate butt heads.... and a Scott Sartiano cameo! Let's dive in...

Jenny has officially severed ties with Eleanor Waldorf, and with the consistent pushing of hipster model Agnes (not Deyn but Willa Holland), Little J has decided to start her own label and set up a guerrilla fashion show. Jenny has gone from intern to front runner in a flash...so real! Meanwhile, Nate hasn't talked to Jenny about the kiss they shared last week and it's JUST killing Little J.

That same morning, Blair unknowingly takes on a baby-sitting job. Serena tries to bring Blair closer to closing the 'Yale' deal by enlisting Ms. Waldorf's services for a friend of the dean. It seems easy enough until the daughter, Emma Boardman, turns out to be a sex-crazed 14 year-old who is hell bent on losing her virginity during her stay in Manhattan. Messy yes, but Blair plays it cool by the throwing the young one to a pack of over the hill philanthropists and sending her to Serena's mother's award ceremony. The plan would have worked, save one minor exception...namely CHUCK. His interception and introduction to Emma Boardman compromise Blair's plan. Instead of Emma wanting to go to Mrs. Bass's event, Emma opts for a limo ride with Chuck. Look out B, Chuck moves in for the ....well you get it.

Nate and Dan are working on figuring out Jenny and their friendship. Nate is overly thankful for Dan taking him in and suggesting he live with the Humphreys. Dan is still getting texts from the Yale T.A., and is hoping for a Yale recommendation. Jenny later begs Nate for help with the impromptu fash. show and against his better judgment, Nate agrees to help. They drive away with dresses in tow and Dan, Rufus and Vanessa chasing after them to stop Little J.

Serena is confused about her feelings for Aaron (artist and fellow ex-camper) after he sent the stale licorice ring that he gave her in a mock wedding the two were involved in 9 years ago at summer camp. Her reason for hesitation? The various women that Aaron keeps around him. Are they art groupies? Girlfriends? Cousins?

Serena's confusion is interrupted by Blair's increasingly complicated babysitting duty. Blair learns that Chuck 'vigin-napped' the 14 year-old Emma Boardman, tried to 'ride' her and ended up losing Emma in the process. Serena, Blair , and Chuck rush off to 1OAK after Gossip Girl reveals that an "E Boardman" just had her credit card swiped at the meatpacking hot spot. Once they arrive, Blair spies Emma being preyed upon by an older Eurotrash suitor....more interesting though is what Chuck and Serena find: Emma's mommy having a hot make out session in the back of 1OAK with a man that ISN'T Emma's daddy. With a swift camera phone click, Blair saves the image for safekeeping and blackmail. The three of them lose Emma (again) and Serena heads to her mother's award ceremony, but only after a personal plea to stay for the night from 1OAK co-owner and Ashley Olsen Ex, Scott Sartiano. We love a cameo!

Little J puts Nate in a handsome tux and the two debate over whether Jenny should really ruin Bart and Lily's charity award night. Little J sweares it's the only way and the two make out passionately in the Palace ballroom. A Gossip Girl tipster snaps a pic and Dan sees it online while on the hunt for his sister. He narrowly shuts the computer before Rufus can see the dastardly kiss. They head off in a cab to track down Little J at the Bass fest.

Lily meets Rufus at the door and lets them in to search for Little J, Dan confronts Nate and boots him out of the loft, while B and Chuck track down Emma at a cheeseball's apartment just before the cherry picking. Nate, sad about losing the loft with the Humphreys, stays close for Little J anyway as her guerrilla show begins and takes over the main room. The photogs go nuts and Lily of course actually enjoys it. All the rich people want to be a part of the coolness. Life never quite happens like this, EVEN in NYC.

B convinces Emma to save herself for someone special and to make her mother be the woman she needs or ignore her. B turns the tables on nasty Mrs. Boardman not by using the photos, but by telling her what a wonderful daughter she's about to lose from being a terrible woman.

Sadly, Dan doesn't get his magical recommendations as Serena stumbles upon him feeling lame and weak while he watches Little J succeed. In a RIDICULOUS move, Rufus tries to have Little J arrested. Lily saves him from making a terrible mistake and convinces the policeman not to take her downtown. Rufus has no idea what he would have done to his daughter's life had he continued fighting to get her arrested and the idea that a father would have his daughter arrested for a fashion show proves what a useless and CLUELESS dad he has become.

Chuck finds Nate living in the empty Archibald family apartment as he is packing to go live with his mother. Serena cheers up B when she thinks she's out of Yale for sure...until the magical call from Dean Baraby saying she's IN. Serena walks out (in lingerie) of her room to find artist Aaron trying to convince her that he doesn't have a harem of women following him.

Little J makes her Page Six debut in the New York Post while Dan and Rufus discuss writing the Chuck Bass story. Dirrrrrty Dan! He's ready to play in the mud. Rufus realizes his perfect children are so totally DUNZO. Little J moves out with serious raccoon makeup, Nate mails her a letter on his way to the train and Dan writes his nasty piece on Chuck.

Certainly dark times are ahead for our posh Upper East Siders. What will happen next?

    XOXO
