Haha
I hate using the word Fierce and if one of my friends read this they are going to love me more just for saying that in the title but that is my honest opinion of this new girl group on the scene.
"Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious" made the dreams of four young female hopefuls a reality when judges Robin Antin, Lil' Kim and Ron Fair announced them as members of the newly formed recording group, Girlicious, on the season finale of The CW's music/reality series last night.
Tiffanie Anderson, 18, of Los Angeles, California; Nichole Cordova, 18, of Houston, Texas; Natalie Mejia, 19, of Diamond Bar, California and Chrystina Sayers, 20, of San Diego, California beat out thousands of girls to become part of Girlicious. Originally, Girlicious was planned as a three-person group, but judges decided the four finalists were so good together that the group was expanded.
Signed to Geffen Records, the girls have already recorded their first album and filmed their first music video. The group's first single and music video, "Like Me," made its world premiere following the airing of the finale episode. Though the reality show recently ended, the girls have been recording their debut album, "Girlicious," since fall of 2007, which is scheduled to drop on July 1."
"They are sassy, sexy, seductive and sweet, and they have voices to match. They ooze a sex appeal so innocent, it hurts. And when they move, the world moves around them. A year ago they were four strangers who shared a single dream. Today they are four best friends living that dream. They are more than just delicious, they are Girlicious. And they are going to make you squirm with delight.

I am not exactly excited about most groups that are fabricated on television, but there is something very different about this group after you see them in action. They can sing, they can dance and they definitely can entertain. I feel like right now, the only girl group doing anything worth mentioning is Danity Kane. Soon the Pussy Cat Dolls will return to the scene with a new album but I have high hopes for Girlicious. However, the name will never work for me.
Check out the girls new video "Like Me" and see what the buzz is going to be about. Although very reminiscant of PCD, I feel like these girls have much more swagger.
