Star magazine reports that Jackass star Steve-O is under suicide watch at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was taken to the emergency room on Sunday and was put on hold for 72 hours after checking into Thalians Mental Health Center. Apparently over the weekend he had emailed suicide notes to friends saying the cause was a romance gone bad. A family member told Star that he suffers from untreated bipolar disorder. "Right now he's in his extreme mania," the family member said. "His concerned friends and family are hoping he'll seek treatment. He doesn't need jail, he needs therapy. We're just really hoping that this will be the wake-up call that gets him back to himself."  I knew there had to be something mentally wrong with anyone doing the stunts that the crew on Jackass does. The reports are in, contrary to previous beliefs, Lisa Marie Presely is not "fat" she is infact pregnant. Four months pregnant with twins that is. Finally someone has some sense! London newspaper the Independent has something to say and for one particular person, it's not good. Last week Rihanna performed at the 02 arena and this is what they had to say about her performance " Rihanna's two backing singers, meanwhile, wear more tasteful cocktail dresses, and carry the songs. Her rougher voice cuts across them almost randomly, and is only strong when buffed by effects. Look at the video screens, and you can admire Rihanna's looks, and diamond-encrusted mic. Look at the stage, and her real performance has no charisma, no defining persona. She could be a mannequin, or a hopeful rap video extra….From American Idol to Oscar night, Rihanna is offering the kind of tackiness that still passes as mainstream showbiz in the US; which, for many, pop is now reduced to." Apparently being a singer is no longer a requirement to make it in the music industry. Ashley Alexandra Dupre better known as "Kristen" from the sex scandal that has recently caused New York's former governor Eliot Spitzer to resign, is now selling tracks that have become popular through her new found MySpace popularity. It was also noted that Z100 in New York which is said to be the most widely listened to radio station, played her song on Thursday. [Source]
