    Snoop Dogg
is back on the scene with a new song from his soon to be released album Ego Trippin'. The first single is called "Sensual Seduction" (edited version name) and showcases Snoop using a vocoder made popular back in the day by Zapp & Roger but heavily used and brought back by T-Pain. If you hear the song without seeing the video first you might think it was T-Pain on the song, yet don't be fooled it is very much Snoop and hence proves the fact that T-Pain clearly is not a singer. I'm not sure how I feel about this new Snoop. I like the song and the video is interesting. It almost reminds me of something Cee-Lo would do (where is he anyways?). I just don't think this is a good look for Snoop though. I guess when you've been around as long and your as old as Snoop you gotta reinvent yourself to stay relevant in the music game.

Here's a new track from Ludacris that'll get you into the holiday spirit. It's called "Ludacrismas" and is featured on the Fred Claus soundtrack. Leave it up to Ludacris to make a hit out of a Christmas song! This is exactly why this guy is one of my favorite rappers; he can rap about anything and make it interesting.

    Ashlee Simpson
is back on the scene with a new single called "Outta my head" produced by the great Timbaland. I have seen some comments about this song and surprisingly more people seem to like it than not. I however would be one of the ones that don't. I almost love everything I hear produced by Timbaland, but I am not feeling this track at all. I guess to each his own but the song is pretty annoying to me. I really hope I don't hear this flooding the airwaves.

As I stated previously Kelly Rowland is doing a re-release of her album Ms. Kelly that failed to produce impressive sales figures. A new song called "Daylight" feat. Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes is said to be one of the new tracks on the re-release. Personally I like this song much better than anything I've heard off the original release of the album. Kelly sounds great on this song and I think the collaboration is well done. This should definitely help the album sell some more.
